연구소개
우리 연구실에서는 x-ray crystallography를 이용해서 단백질의 3차원 구조를 규명하고 있습니다. 이를 이용해서 효소의 작용기작, 수용체 단백질들의 리간드 인식방법, 신호전달 단백질들의 상호 작용원리 등을 물리, 화학적으로 이해하고자 합니다. 주요 연구주제로는 인간의 선천면역계에서 중요한 역할을 하는 단백질과 박테리아의 단백질을 구조 규명과 기능연구를 수행합니다.
